Training: Our training is designed to be fast, practical, and industry recognized for helping an individual (with no experience or some experience) improve their skill set to become proficient in any quality control role. Additionally, we partner with companies to offer internships and job placement opportunities to help backfill in manufacturing quality control roles.
Consulting: After the training door is closed, our trainers are available to continue to coach/consult with the client on how to apply and/or execute the tools and methodology learn during the training to their day-to-day activities to ensure sustainability within the workplace
Staffing: Our quality staff is proficient in the quality courses identified in our catalog. Our staff of quality sorters and quality liaison(rep) are certified six sigma green belts who specialize in data collection and data analytics. We use a mobile app to collect inspection data to eliminate paper forms and perform data analytics in “real-time” to help guide our customer to the root cause and solutions in a faster time. If no defect found during a quality liaison shift, our staff continue to provide VOC feedback data to our tier 1 & tier 2 clients to proactively focus on identifying solution based on the future data trends.
