Polyfuze Graphics Corporation
World's Only Permanent Label for Low Surface Energy (LSE) Automotive Polyolefin Thermoplastic Parts & Components!
WHAT ARE POLYFUZE FUSION LABELS?
Polyfuze is a proprietary manufacturer of the world's only "fusion" system for labeling Automotive LSE polyolefin thermoplastic products and components with Brand and Safety/Warning information. Extensive durability testing and a proven track record in-the-field make it the only permanent label system in the world for LSE polyolefin thermoplastics (Polyfuze Test Data Report available upon request).
Using heat, Polyfuze labels permanently meld to products and components creating an unbreakable chain that cannot be removed by abuse, chemicals, UV or other environmental inputs until a vehicle's end-of-life (ELV). When applied to LSE polyolefin plastics and introduced to these exposures, other label methods cannot bond or adhere permanently over extended periods.
As the only truly permanent label available for LSE polyolefin thermoplastics, Polyfuze Safety/Warning labels keep consumers safe and informed while helping manufacturers and OEM’s remain free from litigious risk throughout a vehicles life-use.
The system has also proven to save time, reduce scrap and save money all backed by the Polyfuze Lifetime Guarantee, the only of its kind in the label industry.
Polyfuze labels are 100% compatible with polyolefin thermoplastics. At a vehicle's end-of-life (ELV), the labeled polyolefin part or component can be fully recycled with no need for removal.
